Return Process

  Log in to your account and navigate to the order history section to select the item you wish to return and receive a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the electronic device in its original packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a full refund and prevent damage during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device's condition at our warehouse, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
